My story
I am a German citizen from the Munich area in southern Germany. Since 2005 I have been enjoying working and living in Brussels with my husband and 3 kids. The common theme throughout my life and career is my genuine curiosity about people. Naturally, the area of human resources became my professional playground. I built up my expertise in diverse fields of human resources during my work for several international companies in Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Throughout these 19 years of HR, I experienced the positive power and impact that professional coaching had on people. Today I am happy to live my personal dream of having my own coaching service, BIRDWING.
A birdwing is a special species of the butterfly family – my preferred animal and a wonderful symbol for the outcomes of professional coaching: transformation, upswing, change, authenticity, balance and more.
